Email not appear ??

Hello, first i would like to tell you just "THANKS!" i have lost 3 days to test vtiger, sugarcrm, and many other... is just crazy to see this beautifull crm !

I try to understand logic of email on company :

i have some email in roudcube with this company and nothing appear here ???

Can you help me ?

Hello and welcome to the forum. Thank you for your kind words 🙂

As long as e-mail is in your mailbox (visible in Roundcube) and not archived yet - you will not see it in the history of contact or company.
