Can't Attach anything

It happened 3 days ago. I have done nothing as far as i remember. After i click save button, it is uploading first file %100 and then nothing happening. I even tried 1 file but still same result. Tried different browser same result.
It is saving notes without any attachment.

I don't know how to check Java script error. Php seems ok. I have just modified Company group names, last think i remember this one. I also followed instruction that you gave me on troubleshooting link and didn't work.

Hi,

if you can't attach anything in RoundCube client then I suspect it's a problem with server configuration. RoundCube is a separate application used by us and we don't change anything in it's code (except addition of several plugins). So if you can't add any file then maybe it's some server issue. Maybe you ran out of disk space where temporary files are located? Try to find any server logs, restart apache or find out was there any software updates on your server.
