Hi,
I've splitted this topic from this one to get better board structure.
1. Review browser response in dev tools(chrome - F12), firefox dev tools (Ctrl-Shift-K) or firebug addon. Look up for modules/CRM/Roundcube/RC/.
2. Review http server logs in your standard location to see is there anything suspicious.
3. Review Roundcube error logs in EPESI_DIR/data/CRM_Roundcube/log/
I think you should find something in at least one of the above.
