Currently I think there isn't but we've got something called "Clipboard pattern". For every recordset you can define a scheme that will be used to create a text to copy/paste. It should be useful for such purposes.
To define clipboard patter open Menu -> Administrator > RecordBrowser -> Select Recordset -> Open tab: Clipboard pattern. Hover the "i" icon for the info how to create a pattern.
To generate text open a record and click the yellow icon
