What would you recommend on how to implement permissions between users in a company who has multiple branches and departments?
Here is the setup:
1. The EPESI installation is used by just ONE company, Company A.
2. There are branches under Company A, which are Branch 1 and Branch 2. For this implementation 'Companies' are translated to 'Branches'.
Questions:
What would be the best way to implement departments?

We can't decide which one to implement. Please help if you have tried to implement such kind and advice us. Thank you.
