How to change default tab in contact view

Hi,

I have two questions:

1. How to change default tab in contact view. Now I have 6 tabs and default is Details:

Details * Login Panel * Notes * E-mails * E-mail addresses * Activities

I need change it to Notes

Details * Login Panel * Notes * E-mails * E-mail addresses * Activities

2. How to expand all notes by default? Currently I have to click Expand All button every time.

Hi,

Details and Login Panel tabs are part of record's data but stored as a less important fields in separate view.
You can't reorder those tabs somewhere further on the tab list. However you could delete those separators in admin panel, then reorder Addons as you want... but you'll get something odd like this in edit mode:

It looks like template issue.

I see that the best way would be changing template, but I can't find where it is.
Can you tell me which file should I edit?
