You'll need to write module to do this. But if you're not enough experienced in PHP, then it may be hard 🙂 Our built-in modules don't provide days span.
Making this module will involve using RecordBrowser to create a Record Set to store lending entries. Then write a calendar handler to show them in calendar view.
