Hi, thanks very much...that was the case, the hosting company have had to change some security settings in with them, but it appears to almost be working. They got the mailbox online, but for some reason im still getting the error on my mac machine when i try to check mail, however if i change to a windows machine it works fine, i have cleared cache in browser and deleted all history as well as rebooting a couple of times but the error persists... im guessing this is something on the mac thats not happy, have you heard of this before?
