Error adding new contact from email

Hello, I'm not able to add to address book a contact from email.
An error appears "An error occured - server error (internal server error)"
What's the problem?

...I'll better explain, when I start to enter an email address in the field "TO" appears a red box with a message "An error occured - server error (internal server error)", however, then I can send the email. Moreover, even when I try to add a new contact directly from an email by clicking on the icon "add to address book" appears the same message "server error (internal server error)".
Does anyone know how to solve the problem?

Hi,

You have to provide us what error occured. Enable REPORT_ALL_ERRORS and DISPLAY ERRORS.

Find server logs (files, hosting panel, it depends), and find those errors.

Hi, here some information about my installation:

DEBUG mode activated
'REPORT_ALL_ERRORS' and 'DISPLAY ERRORS' are enabled
All permissions are correctly set

1. EPESI version 1.5.4 rev11060
2. CentOS 6.4/PHP 5.3.26/MySQL 5.1.70
3. Shared hosting
4. I can not access directly the main php.ini file, but if needs, system administrator can edit for me.

The problem doesn't make log error, it is caused by the RoundCube module. It seems that once the module is installed and enabled there is an issue with it.

There is also another problem maybe connected to the above. When I configure email accounts the application doesn't make "EPESI archive" and "EPESI archive sent" folders.

data/CRM_Roundcube/log/

First error is related to the wrong configuration but it has never appeared again, so I assume that it's solved right now.

And about the second issue... Have you removed short name column from the database? Or somehow from the RecordBrowser? It looks like you don't have f_short_name column in the table company_data_1.

Hi ajb, as I didn't know where remove short name column, I added f_short_name in the table company_data_1 and it works. Perfect!

Yes I agree with you, I hope it'll not break any other modules!
I'm not really keen on MYSQL and PHP and I don't know the way I can find this column.
I didn't create the column so I think is a Epesi module request.
Can you suggest the right way to check in my DB or something else?
