RoundCube not working after update

Hi Everyone,

When I upgraded to 1.5.4, RoundCube no longer works...

I tested and found that I do have the PDO extension installed along with PHP 5.5, Apache 2.4, MySQL 5.6

When using the RoundCube, I am getting this error in Firebug:

"NetworkError: 500 Internal Server Error - ~~[url=http://omn.com/modules/CRM/Roundcube/RC/index.php?_autologin_id=1]~~http://omn.com/modules/CRM/Roundcube/RC ... login_id=1[/url]"

Can you please check it out and let me know what I need to do so I can get the emailing working.

Hi,

I did some additional troubleshooting and found out that the program/lib/Roundcube/rcube.php line: 445

session_start() is hanging....

very odd because I use that function in many other applications and never had any issues with it.

(FYI I am using Development php.ini configurations for sessions)

Any suggestions or alternatives?

And what tells you error log file in /data/CRM_Roundcube/log/?

Hi Adam,

it says: PHP Fatal error: Undefined class constant 'MYSQL_ATTR_FOUND_ROWS' in /modules/CRM/Roundcube/RC/program/lib/Roundcube/rcube_db_mysql.php on line 134

Looks like I need to play around with PDO and see if it's actually working.

Ok, I figured it out.

I had PDO installed however I didn't specify it to use the PDO extension for MySQL, only SQLlite.

I recompiled with PDO using the MySQL extension and so far so good 🙂
