Hello,
When logging in, on the dashboard, next to the launchpad button, there is Calender, Contacts, Companies, Tasks. Is it possible to display these buttons on all the webpages?

Hi, no... but you can place them in the launchpad. Icon just next to them is always visible and here is your shortcut menu. You can change this in user settings: Menu -> My Settings -> Control Panel -> QuickAccess.
