Hi, is it possible to get a licence resent - we have not recieved ours, so we have no access to Epesi store

If you did not buy anything yet then just re-register. You will get new license key.
Make sure that you provide a valid e-mail address.

Hi, sorry. where do i do that, i know ive seen it somewhere but i cant find it again now!

Menu -> Administrator -> Modules Administration & Store ->
Register - if new installation
License Key - if you already have the license key

Thanks janus, that sorted it.... however it took almost 15 minutes to arrive, not sure why but might help someone else who doesnt get it straight away. May i ask if i have an email issue thats a little complicated do i post under "new install" or "what if" need to discover if what im trying to do is possible!

If you are not sure on the topic - post it to the one you feel apropriate. If from the context we figure out that it belongs somewhere else we will move it.
It is strange that it took 15 minutes to arrive. I will check logs and see how long it took our server to process.
