I have a problem during installation. Sending a user name, password, email does not work. After pressing "Next" (and selecting "local php.ini settings" in the next step) installer returns to the form with the user, password and email.
How can I solve this problem?
*PHP: v. 5.3
*database: MySQL
* tried to change the permissions of php.ini to 755 and 777 (no effects).
*I tried to change memory limits (no effects)
*Installation method: copy files to the server + create a database + standard installation script
* "data" folder has only: Base_Lang (folder), Base_Theme (folder), cache (folder), config.php (file), index.html (empty file)
