Dear Epesi support team.
We are a Epesi users from some months ago, from this time we have been testing your solution with successfully results. So now a days we are using 1.5.5 version. On this environment we are experiencing an issue, that issue will be described bellow:
1. On tickets panel, when we create a new ticket.
2. "Assigned to" field appears in black in many cases, in others cases appears one o two users, but never all of them. Most of times only logged user
3. I attach you the screenshots in with you can se this issue, take note about "Asigando a" (assigned to field in spanish) is in black in one case, and with one option in the other case
4. We think that it could be on retaliation with the last update at 1.5.5 version
5. After writing this lines, I decide to test this issue on your "project module demo platform" (Also in v1.5.5) and doing this test, I checked same results..... :? :?
For us, this is a very usefully function, so we will be very pleasure if you give us a answer as soon as possible.
