Problem with Roundcube sent messages

Hi,

In our system Rouncube module is working properly for everything except for sending messages.

Sometimes (although most of them) EPESI returns the following error: An error ocurred !! An error ocurred while saving sent message.

We have no active epesi & epesi Sent folders, but in some cases it works, and we have setup for save the sent messages in the default "sent" folder. The strangest thing is that sometimes it works well, but we are unable to find a "workaround"

Despite giving the error message, the mail is sent successfully. The worst is that it is not stored anywhere and we lose it.

Any ideas??

Try to create both folders EPESI Archive and EPESI Archive Sent manually. Also see this topic: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=2266&p=8011&hilit=epesi+sent#p8011

I think I have not explained well. Sorry for my bad english!!

We do not want to use the "epesi" folders. Our idea is that sent messages are saved in the "Sent" standar folder of our IMAP server. In this form we always have same regardless of the mail client used

The fact is that sometimes they are sent and saved perfectly, and other times the error is displayed, are sent but not saved in any folder

Attached two pictures of the setup we have, but we have tried several logic combinations and the result is the same

Could be a problem with server response time setup? It seems that the error occurs when it takes longer to respond, but we are not sure of this
