Round cube doesn't load

Everyting works beautifull. However when I click on the mail option, a rotating epesi icon apear and nothing happen. When I test the e-mail configuration, in the control panel. seems to be okay since I received the test mail from the system. The system check gives me green in everything before I install the software...what can I do?...

It's a check.php fault... or our fault 🙂 we should add more checks. Probably you've got too old PHP version.
It's mentioned in the install file:

I have the same issue. My installation is through Softaculous on a cPanel-Server with this configuration:

Linux Distro: CentOS release 6.5 (Final)
Server Software: Apache/2.4.7 (Unix) OpenSSL/1.0.1e-fips mod_bwlimited/1.4
PHP Version: 5.3.28 (PHPInfo)
cURL Version: 7.24.0
MySQL Version: 5.1.73-cll

Any solutions? Console in Chrome gives this error message:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)

Otherwise it's a great software suite. Hats off to the developers!

Hi,

please check RoundCube errors log in data/CRM_Roundcube/log/errors.
Probably you don't have PDO extension enabled.
