Logging seems to be working but I am not sure how to initiate the debugging. below is the rather lengthy log from my attempts for both the easyinstall and the manual install attempts. Thanks for yor help. (Ps. My permissions to all folders are 755 and the individual files are 644)

UPDATE: I contacted my hosting company to verify the availability of the required configuration and they fixed and error on their end! So I am now going through set up of EPESI! Thank you for your help!!! 😃
