Are there any reporting additional modules available out there?
We are working with the sales oppportunity module and we have set that every salesperson has a set of different tasks assigned: development, merchant visit, distributor visit, etc. and they are supposed to do a reasonable quantity of each one. We have decided to define some "opportunity types" to classify the different activities of the salespeople and be able to extract numerical results. From this we want to get a numerical table showing for each salesperson the number of opportunities registered for each type of opportunity.
We know there is a sales opportunites report, but is not summarizing the information numerically. Of course we could extract the information in a .csv and work with them in Excel, but if there's something already created would be great.
Any info about reporting, especially in sales opportunity module, will be very useful.
