create CommonData that admins can edit values?

Hello everyone,
is there a possible way in EPESI to create a CommonData dropdown/select that the admin can edit the values for each criteria in the dropdown? can someone show some samples. Thank you

Im creating a GradeSystem, for example the CommonData is Punctuality.
Under Punctuality there are 4 choices/criteria: A. Punctual, B. Very Punctual, C. Late, D. Absent.
how can the admin edit the score/grade for each choices/criteria without editing the code? Thank you

Common Data is designed to be edited only by administrators. Here is more info on this subject: http://www.epesi.org/Utils/CommonData

The key can hold any unique values and it's stored in the DB. So you can use key of the commondata value as a grade. When you'll retrieve record with get_record, you'll get keys values.
But when you'll change something during runtime, then some records may lost textual label.
For instance
array(0 => _M('Absent'), 5 => _M('Present'));
when you'll change in the admin panel that present is now 3 points
array(0 => _M('Absent'), 3 => _M('Present'));
you'll get an error, because some of your records have 5 stored in the database, but there is no corresponding value.
