Possible to work offline?

I'd like to use EPESI program to organize information - it looks ideal! However, I will be using it mostly to store contacts and CV-related information and I want this information to be kept offline. Is it possible to download the EPESI program, but then only use it offline? Or is there an offline alternative that EPESI offers?

You can install EPESI on a local computer. But you are aware that in this mode you would use it as PIM - personal use only. No sharing with other users.

It is in Polish, but you can follow steps:
1. Install Uniform Server http://www.uniformserver.com/
2. Install EPESI
