Registration Mail Header is in polish language

- add new user with <emailadress>
- receive registration mail created by system under <emailadress>

result
- header of email will look like " Twoje konto na ~~[url=http://..]~~http://..[/url]. "

expected
- Email header will be in same language as registration emails content , which was correct in case of system language set to german

You're right. It's a translation issue. You can change this in the translation panel:
Menu -> Administrator -> Language & translations
select "Currently Translating" to German
Search for "Twoje konto",
Click on the "Your account at %s"
and change it to german 🙂 of course you have to use %s, where your EPESI address will be.
