We recently migrated an Epesi installation to a new host. All worked perfectly until it came to the roundcube clients. The roundcube error log showed all attempts to connect to IMAP servers were timing out. After some experimentation I found that if I changed the mailserver for the email accounts from mail.ourdomainname.com to mail.servername.com it would connect. This of course requires that I edit the server details for every user, which should not be required. The host staff are at a loss as to this issue, although it would seem to be an issue with the servers inability to resolve the uri for the mail servers properly. Any help that could be provided in pointing the host staff in the right direction would be appreciated.
