Hi There,
really struggling with Mails we sending using the CRM system and not able to see read receipt or delivery report or server report.. all this possible to ask in Roundcube which is PHP code so why not possible to integrate this in CRM!!

here how gmail doing which i think its marvelous.

I agree with you, EPESI should have a checkbox when sending emails from roundcube for a read receipt. I looked at the Roundcube Forums and they do seem to have it in place already.

indeed it's in place, as in the standard roundcube.
Classic theme - In compose window settings icon - last one above compose forms.
Larry theme - Little down arrow on the left of the address box.
