Apologies, forget the part about the applets.
For some reason the option for additional applets got un-installed.
I re-installed the option via the Epesi Core in the store and they re-appeared!
Maybe doing the 'Rebuild common cache & default theme' helped?
But clicking on edit note on my records still does nothing (even though I can create a new note).
I have created a new Epesi installation with the copy of my database on my server.
Let me know if you want to access it to test the problem for yourself?
