yes, when i make a company etc. manually it work great, but only when i import as .csv file it make problems.
I have solved it with importing a XLSX file , then its works great and every charters got inside EPESI.

When you enter manually new company with Danish charters like these ; ø , æ, å. - does it save correctly?
If it does not check your database configuration - make sure that collation is set correctly.
