Adapt the width of the columns in list view

Hi Adam,

just got a simple question for a hopefully simple solution.

As there are different columns containing differently long data in my customer DB, I wonder how to adapt the width of the columns in list view, so that the containing data is not visible just 50% or some unneccessary white spaces are displayed. See attached screenshot....

At this moment it has to be done in the code. You can control it via set_header_properties method: http://www.epesi.org/HelloWorld_-_part_ ... properties

It's individual for each module. For contacts it would be in modules/CRM/Contacts/Contacts_0.php function body, but it's responsible for both: companies and contacts - depends on mode param.

But I think, it would be a useful feature in the next release to create the possibility to change the column-width in the different list-views directly from within EPESI.

I think that it would be great, however it's tightly coupled with UI, which is going to be rewritten in the future.

No strict plan. Just started a new branch, and index file rewritten. No human resources right now to make it happen fast 🙁
