We use Epesi for every action or process that we do with a customer. any telephone call, meeting etc etc must be recorded on Epesi - our favourite saying is that "if its not on Epesi then it never happened". The reports are an outstanding way of reporting a user activity through a day - how many phone calls made etc. The only deficite at the moment is that we cannot see which contact that call pertains to. So, for example, if one of our telephone team makes 20 calls we can see that, but if they made 17 of those 20 calls to the same person that would be hard to tell. Ideally therefore on the reports to have a column that has pulled through the name of the contact - as every meeting, call etc involves a contact that would be helpful
