It's been disabled in the store - I don't remember why, but I'm working since then on rewriting that module. It's been written for the ecommerce, that will be replaced with another one due to some licensing issues. I can send you the old version of Payments, but without any help or support for it, because I don't want to waste a time for abandoned code.
