Hi, I would like to upgrade but I do not have administrators tools as a feature on my crm - I am using the hosted package. Please advise.
You should have the package to upgrade your installation in the store. It may cause some error during installation, but don't bother with that, just refresh page. I've backed up your installation data right now. Just in case.
