Search Function Fails after Upgrading to 1.6.1

I have errors set to ALL. I have been to the troubleshooting page. I have called the hosting company to ensure this is not a modsec. The installation stated successful however this doesn't work.

(U+FFFD � replacement character used to replace an unknown or unrepresentable character)

The search function will work if I go to Contacts and do a search directly from there.

Any suggestions?

Please upgrade to version 1.6.2: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=2834

It provides search function without using cron and fixes the strange character problem.

Thank you. I tried to sign up for the Epesi updates on the update page and when I click Subscribe nothing happens. How else can I subscribe to that? Can you take my email from my profile and subscribe me to that list please?
