Hello Epesi team,

I want to ask about problem with RoundCube email client. I tried to follow several topics, how to solve this problem, but unfortunately with no success.

In attachment is picture describing the problem - everything is set properly and also in "mail indicator" is able to load info panel with all actual information about all received emails - so connection to email server is no problem, but when I try to click on email (or go to email section in menu), following error will appear: "Internal server error... (see attachment).

Every directory is set to 777. Admin email works with no problem. Mail indicator works with no problem.

Mail indicator uses other methods to check for mails than Roundcube. In fact RoundCube is a standalone application opened in iframe. Please check error reports in <EPESI_DIR>/data/CRM_Roundcube/logs for details. Or your server logs.
We have to know what's the reason of this issue to fix it.

I tryed to locate log file, but in directory is not such a file (see attachement).

Should I change some setting?

No. Try to find an error in http server logs. It can be anywhere - consult your hosting provider or try to locate it with some help articles.

Please remove/rename .htaccess file in /modules/CRM/Roundcube/RC/
It will be reverted after upgrade (it comes with the package), so you have to remember about that file.
Also you can have some issues in /data folder, because there are some vulnerable directories that have to be protected with .htaccess file (or other server settings to forbid direct access) - like /data/CRM_Roundcube/ or /data/Utils_Attachment. However issues shouldn't occur unless you'll try to reach that directories directly from a web browser.
