I tried to install this and got and error message
Module not found: Premium_ExchangeRate version=0
Premium_Timesheet: dependencies not satisfied.
How do i fix

I've fixed this. I've forgotten to add this module to the package. Please redownload Timesheets from the store. Version 1.0.1. should contain Premium/ExchangeRate module.

Thanks for this. I am going through it and am getting stuck at Exchange Rates as the Foreign currency field will not let me enter anything into it. I have tried removing the "field required" status but still cannot enter anything into this.

I don't know if this results in the "Missing Exchange Rates" in the Employee and Customer (df currency) on the timesheet
Any advice

Yes - it's the reason of missing exchange rate - If you have entries with more than one currency.

Please let me know how it behaves. "will not let me enter anything" is too general for me. And your screenshot does not show currency selector - is it there?

Sorry on the screenshot - there is a currency symbol on on end of "foreign Currency" (£) but when i go to save it will not allow as it seems to demand something additional in the box but will not let me enter anything. I am not able to test on the demo system as i cannot get into Admin or find the Accounting module. I do note that in going around the demo system i found this which seems to indicate a similar problem perhaps?? not sure?

It is not a problem for us if you cannot recreat as we will only be using a tiny fraction of what the timesheet can do. We will not be actually using it for billing but rather to record Continuous professional development (CPD) of our advisors and staff

Is it possible to change the billing to contacts rather than companies? We deal with individuals not companies

hi Adam - I am getting questions thick and fast. sorry if this is obvious but - How do i hide the "Timesheets" tab from some contacts. If I remove permissions i still get the Tab and if i click on it i get "You are not authorised to browse this data" and then "Employees Summary". The last part if it shows anything - and we have not filled any data as yet as we are still in test so i don't know - clearly is a problem if we allowed 3rd party access.

1. our demo - can't you login as John Smith (admin) ? I can... I've forgot to add a Doe Jane to the accounting access group, so she can't view the exchange rate entries.
It's a permission issue to access Exchange Rate records. Access Accounting or Manager is required.

2. Tab under contacts - you're right that it shouldn't be here if you don't have permission to that.
I've fixed this. Update in the store - version 1.0.2

3. You're right, that it could be useful. Now companies are hardcoded. You could use "Custom customer billing" with new Invoices. I'll discuss this with our team.

In the demo system
I went John Smith > Accounting > Exchange rates and hit the same problem of not being able to enter info / Save into "Foreign Currency"
I tried going Administrator > timesheets > Add New > and get the same for "Employee Rate per Hour".
I tried both Chrome and Firefox in case it was some for of browser script corruption but it is the same in both

Have you selected related? Have you changed foreign currency to something other than dollar? I've done this right now and it works.
