Hello there,
I am trying to figure out how to create workflows that send email notifications to my clients.
Email Notifications for:
New Child Company added
New Contact
New Project Added
New Ticket Added
Ticket Update Notification
New Notes Added
Notes Update Notification
The only problem is I can't locate the workflow module or where to make this happen.
Does any here know where this is?
