How do i send mass mails?

AAAAaaaargh.

I created campain, edited list, got message and everything good to go, i click ,,send e-mail", then go to ,,sending process", and click ,,start sending now", activate CRON and NOTHING!I just won't start sending e mails, even though it already sent them one time.

Please enable REPORT_ALL_ERRORS in data/config.php
Maybe there is some issue. It's not required to click "Start sending now" - cron will do that.
Make sure you've got cron configured properly - every one minute. Also please review server logs for any issues.

Maybe try to disable cron and open it in web browser several times - with link from admin panel -> cron.

Please also describe what happens. Does it stuck or it finishes but no emails are sent.

It gets stuck at ,,0 sent". Although it says that sending is on, nothing happens.

Open Menu -> Admin -> Cron (at the end) and look for Premium_CampaignManagerCommon::cron2 - it should be running every 5 minutes. Is it?
If not then please setup cron properly.

Ok, it does not matter now.
One of my user deleted his account as a contact, which led to all his tasks being lost. Is there ANY way to restore them?

You mean his own contact in EPESI? Was he an admin? Go to Menu -> Administrator -> RecordBrowser -> pick right recordset [Contacts] and find his record. You should be able to see deleted contacts. To undelete click on the little dot on the left side.
