Hi,

i have a doubt.

Dashboard -> Mail Indicator, after the e-mail accounts always shows "Connection error"

The accounts are properly configured and running. Why did I get this message?

And you can open mail client and it works?
Mail indicator applet uses different connection mechanism (php imap vs roundcube built-in) - maybe here's something wrong for certain connection type or PHP has some issues.

I open my emails, read and shipping normally. Email accounts are working.

In the mail server configuration in administrator apinel, use the php.ini method

Use server via php.

All accounts are own domain.

If I use the mail server with SMTP configuration, I get the message "not logged"

I think that you don't get it.
Mail indicator is applet for inboxes - per user - setup in My Control Panel (not admin panel).

In admin panel you've got Outgoing server settings, which is used to send error notifications, watchdog notifications etc. It's not related to user email accounts. If you've got system settings to send emails, then it's great, but in most cases you should setup some new account for this purpose or use one of the existing like admin, support, help, system, etc. Then click "Test" to test it. Always hit "Save" before test if you've changed something.

Already done this. Created two different email accounts with the same domain and continues in error.
All items with * was completed and the test worked very well.

I don't get what you're doing and what is your issue now. Sorry, but you have to write better comments and probably include some screenshot. I don't even know if you still have some issue or not.

Let's start from the beginning.
Created two customer email accounts. The two accounts are the same domain. Were tested and configured. Work well without problems. receive and send emails normally.

In the main panel in the "Indicator Email", the accounts appear with connection error as image.

I wonder why this error appears.

Ok, now it's clear.

Can you hover over "connection error" - there should be some information about error.
If not, then please play with the file modules/CRM/Roundcube/applet_refresh.php - it's responsible for the applet refresh.
You can dump error message to the file there.

I think that it will be really hard to cooperate to fix this issue, because it's really hard to understand what you're writing.

As I wrote this error is related to imap_* functions of PHP, that are used to check your inbox. I have no idea what's the exact reason, because I don't know the error message, that's probably returned by one of these methods.
You have to edit modules/CRM/Roundcube/applet_refresh.php to dump errors somewhere - stdout, then check in the browser console; or some file.
