Attach file

I would like to create a field to attach file in Company, similar to Notes.

How to create this "Registry Browser"?

We don't provide File type field.

I want to attach a .docx file. So with the Note is made, following image.

Of course, I know. Do you have any programming skills? Because as I've told file type field can't be created with GUI. Why won't you use notes?

I thought of using, but I thought it would be easier to create Projects tab next to the Notes.
