Missing Custom Recordsets button

Dear EPESI Support,

I am working for a bank and started playing around with the functionality of EPESI according to the bank's needs.

I have installed a couple of EPESI environments <version 1.6.2> and I noticed that one of the test environment has "Custom Recordsets" button at Administrator and others are is missing.

Kindly advise the reason of missing "Custom Recordsets" button and how to enable this features to be used in EPESI.

We managed to install the missing Custom Recordsets module from EPESI and it is enable now.
