Customize Tooltips

Hi, I can not figure out how to customize the tooltips for different fields.
It seems that the Tooltips are standard depending on the type of field.
Can you tell me if you can customize the values help the individual fields that have this option enabled?

Yes, I'm trying to figure out how to customize the field help (Tooltip) for the fields of CRM to be filled.
Example: Form Contacts / Field First Name / Tooltip = (Write the first name).
It 'possible?

Yes - those tooltips are hardcoded.
