Hi, is there any voip alternative to skype that is supported by epesi?

Only Asterisk has direct support from EPESI. Even skype integration is not provided solely by EPESI, because Skype has a browser plugin, that handles callto: protocol. Phone numbers are changed to callto:<number>, then Skype is able to recognize them and creates links to make a call.
Asterisk integration in done differently. Phone number is a link - when you'll click on it, asterisk server will initiate calls to you and your destination.

If you're interested in certain skype alternative, try to find if it has browser plugin to support callto: protocol.

I have been exploring this really cheap option. (Andriod and Windows)

I have managed to get it to pop up when i press on a phone number but have to drag the number into the just remote phone box caller rather than it auto appearing.
Be nice if there were some code to do this 😃

What you are trying to do apparently is to initiate a call from the browser (epesi) to your phone.
If you had a SIP phone or Asterix VoIP server that has an API than you could create a plugin that does that.

However I see that you may as well just use Chrome extension to do that:
