I am trying setting permission for contacts, so they can see the tasks assigned to their company. The idea is that contacts assigned to parent company can log to epesi and they see all tasks for their parent company.
So I created new access group "Helpdesk". For this group I created for the tasks recordset the following criteria: [Customer] equal [User Company] but without success.
I have tried similar permission assignment for contacts recordset with criteria [Company Name] equal [User Company] and result is ok.
So my question is:
[User Company] probably contain the name of parent company. It is possible created similar variable (for example: [User Company ID] ) and use it [Customer] field ?
