Hi I m using version 1.6.5 Can't qite figure this one out. For one of my users (Employees) the following happens: go to Roundcube > Compose > enter an email address. This sorts and gives some but NOT ALL the possible contact email addresses. The CRM contacts address book is only patially populated. For other users they get all email addresses and CRM address book is full. Looked at perrmissions but all users are set to the same. perspective set to "all records" What box have i not ticked? I would suspect permission issues, but if they're all right then please review data/CRM_Roundcube/logs for errors related to your issue. It would be nice if you could spot some rule, what contacts are not shown.
