To make automatic admin upgrade to 1.7.0, epesi give me following error:
Exception occured: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate
My server instalation is not SSL.....¿Can you help me?

Your server does not provide valid SSL CA's list. You can replace update script url to not use https or you have to update by hand. Edit admin/modules/UpdateManager/UpdateManager.php replace at line 5 https to http. Try to update.
I try with change in php file, but same error
Strange. So just go with standard update.
