Per the topic, I can't purchase a premium module as when I click on the Paypal or Credit Card button it redirects to https://ess.epe.si/payments/ and displays Error "Missing or empty param: record_type".
Speaking of which, I was surprised to discover the module I was after (Company and Contact Import) was now a paid Premium module as the documentation an http://www.epesi.org/Contact_and_Company_Import describes it as a free Premium module:

Sorry for the epesi.org site - it's outdated. Module has been rewritten form the scratch since then. Please refer http://epe.si/modules/ I'll fix the issue and let you know when it'll be fixed.
Well... I've double checked and everything seems to be fine. Please try again or try different browser and let me know if still you've got this issue.
ajb Thanks, I just confirmed the issue appears to be specific to Safari - it worked fine with Firefox, directing to the PayPal payment page correctly through to accepting the payment and making the module available in EPESI.
