Can you tell me the path (if this is a php file) to the file: rc_mails_data_1 as I can't find it when I do a search on filezilla.
In the record browser the rc_mail body is already long text.
To explain
When we get an order through from our shop, the order may have 145 items ie lines of text with art no, description, unit price qty total price on each line.
When we archive this email, the whole email is correctly moved to the epesi.archive file in roundcube.
When we go to the customer email tab, the order is there as well BUT the email stops at line 35 so the remaining lines of the order are missing.
Whilst I understand that the epesi.archive file is on the email server and not in the database, it seems strange that the body of the text of the email in the database is limited to so few lines. There must be a setting somewhere to change the length of the body of the email saved to the database to ensure that the whole email is still there.
We only came across this, as following the instructions in the manual, we went to delete the items in the epesi.archive file and on checking that they had been correctly saved to the customer file, found the case above, that only a small part of the body of the email had been saved.
