Hi
i have a question, is it possible to access archived mail recordset direct from menu drop list or Quick Access tap instead of going to contacts/personname/emails or Administration/Recorder Browser/Mails(rc_mails) to be able to find all archived emails in one location to be able to copy it to sales opportunity or projects easier, i am trying to archive emails by related projects or sales opportunity instead by person ???
or if there is a way the i choose where to archive the email from the email directly???
