Are there any premade themes to buy or download? Can't find any. I know I can design them, but I was hoping there would be ready themes.
No. Theming engine has been used by us only to change some core template files with custom modules. We have never done the effort to make another theme. EPESI UI will be refactored, so I suggest to not create any custom theme right now.
