Hi, in Menu->Invertory->items->"click on item" you should:
- set item category
- go to "ecommerce overview" tab and publish item
- if you have multiple currencies configured in drupal you should set price in each currency in epesi
- item should be in stock to be exported to drupal or you should set "always in stock"
You have to configure cron job for Epesi as described on epesi.org. Items are exported to each configured drupal every 6 hours - if you would like to force export now go to Menu->Inventory->eCommerce->update categories and products now
