Error on attachment files

When I create a new note with attachment files, below errors're showed when I click Save. Please help me

Does this happen every time?
Because it looks like you've got some critical error in the past and there is some leftover in the database.
Please revise utils_filestorage_link table where link='attachment_file/12543' and related filestorage_files.

I deleted in utils_filestorage_files, utils_attachment_file, utils_attachment_download and utils_filestorage_link

This means that you've got in the table utils_filestorage_files record about the file with hash abca51cc0b2abc4bbde2256f964a3db8c88b3e2eb12579ca6a549730bb9a4fced95cb1efaa99d6ca4d9feba5a1b6cb846cfc04447c23f81623c5504fa2aab0e5, but you don't have such file in the system.
Files are located in data/Utils_FilesStorage/a/b/c/5/1/cc0b2.... <rest of the hash>
Definitely you've got something broken in database vs files.
