Adding custom recordset

Hello there,
I know how to add custom fields to recordsets. However, now I want to create a whole new recordset.
To be specific, I want to expand data based Epesi possibilities and I want to store more of my data here.
For example, In Menu I want to create new folder, furthermore I want to create recordset - for example "blogs" where I want to store my custom data.

How can I do that? Can someone provide me some kind of tutorial? Or even a small hint?

There is a Helloworld tutorial at http://www.epesi.org/Category?eveloper_Tutorials . It is a step by step tutorial on creating new modules. If you just want to create a recordset you can do that from recordbrowser but form what I understand you want it visible in the menu. Creating a new module is the best way to go.

You should see a button 'custom recordsets' in the admin panel. If not then you need to install additional module 'Custom recordsets' then you'll be able to add a new recordset and put a menu entry related to it.
