Ok, that is something I haven't expected ? That's why screenshot is a must have in such situation.
Login as super admin. Go to the admin tools - URL: <epesi address>/admin
(see for some more details [1])
Then Click Rebuild common cache & default theme. There run the script with a button. If problem will be still present, let me know I'll try to figure out what else could happened.
There is also one more thing that came into my mind right know. You should check your RB admin panel for contacts recordset. Menu -> Admin -> Recordbrowser -> Select [contacts]
You should see something similar to this below, where General page split should be on the top row, then set of fields to show in the general view (that one you're missing), then Details page split.
Is this exactly the same on your installation?
